Better to do little than nothing

Sometimes we need to realize what we think and think we are right. Exercise is something fundamental for the health of human beings since, thanks to exercise, we can significantly improve our quality of life. It can be complicated to do, but we have many options that can help us adapt it within our schedules and try to do as much as possible to achieve more and better results every day. It's better only to do a few minutes than not to do anything all day.

We all want fast results in our bodies. We often need to realize what we are thinking, and we only try to achieve results with little effort. Working out sounds like a complicated thing to do. It will take you 2-3 weeks to get used to it, but once you cross that time, the exercise will become a daily routine, and it will be easier, and you will even be more motivated. Even a statistic says that People aged 18 to 44 are the most physically active, with 59.7% saying they exercise at least three times a week for at least half an hour. This tells us that much of the American population is trying to improve their health. We know setbacks or lack of time to perform exercises; this is not a big problem since we can simplify our exercises to something much shorter and more effective. We have two types of exercises, one called Aerobic activity. Get at least 150 minutes a week of moderate aerobic activity such as brisk walking, swimming, or mowing the lawn or 75 minutes a week of vigorous aerobic activity  such as running or aerobic dancing. And strength training that's for all major muscle groups at least twice a week. Consider free weights, weight machines, or activities that use your body weight  such as rock climbing or heavy gardening. Thanks to this, we can think about what type of exercise we will do and if we will do it slowly or fast since each one has different functions and priorities for our body. And it is much better to do 15 or 10 minutes than to do nothing since the little you do will help you and give you benefits.

Finally, there are no excuses for not exercising when you want to improve your health; many types of exercises adapt to your time and the strength you have to support the training. Although many people want to achieve satisfactory results in their bodies when in reality, they still do not exercise enough or do not have much time to exercise. But we always have to sacrifice to do at least something that helps us burn body fat, build muscle, or get in good physical condition.

  1. I usually do a mix of both bodyweight and free weights when i workout. I feel it is the best for me especially if i am running low on time. I used to workout everyday out of the week but because of school i can only do three days. I make sure i push myself to the limit on these three days. This blog was a good refresher!

  2. Hey Michael!
I recently started working out and have been telling myself that doing a little bit at a time is better than doing nothing at all. Cardio is usually my favorite so I do a lot of running and different HIIT exercises. It was nice to read your encouraging words and it motivates me to continue working out!
